Ruotger Skupin introduces Chipmunk 1.0 with an easter

BERLIN, Germany - March 20, 2008 - Ruotger Skupin today released his first own mac application Chipmunk. Chipmunk is a fast and easy to use tool to find and remove duplicate files.
“Chipmunk reduces the task of finding and removing duplicate files to a few mouse clicks,” said Ruotger Skupin, Chipmunk's creator. “I think Chipmunk gives the Mac user finally control over those gigabytes of old data he never dared to delete.”
Files are automatically compared byte by byte to determine if two given files are true duplicates. Intelligent deleting can operate on all files inside a folder that exist outside of it or vice versa.
PRICING & AVAILABILITY:
Chipmunk is available now. The price is US$ 19,95 plus taxes until easter monday, 24th of march from the 25th on it will be US$ 24,95.
Chipmunk requires Mac OS X version 10.4.10 or later and as a universal binary it runs natively on Macs with an Intel or a PowerPC processor.
